Why do we want to improve our breathing?
If you’re reading this then you’ve probably been breathing for quite sometime already and you’ve obviously been doing it well enough to stay alive. Congratulations!
I’m not here to tell you how to breathe. I am here to educate you on the most efficient ways to breathe and how different kinds of breathing effect the body and mind in different ways. You’re free to pick and choose what works for you. In essence, I want to coach you… to coach yourself.
We’re often mindful about the food we put in our bodies, the thoughts we let in our minds or the exercise we do to strengthen ourselves. At the foundation of all of those is the breath. How we breathe can affect our digestion, our state of mind and our physical performance in exercise and recovery.
